After your first month, you will be billed monthly for your shirt on the 15th of every month until you cancel. (i.e. if you sign up on June 11th, you'll be billed again July 15th, August 15th, etc)
You'll receive your shirt the following month after you've paid. (i.e. if you sign up in June, your first shirt will ship in July. You'll pay in July for the shirt you'll receive in August, etc.)
